For some people, riding is a hobby practiced in free time, and for others it is helpful in their work. For some people, however, horses are an essential part of the process of physical and emotional recovery.
Horseback riding can help cognitive and sensory development in childhood, help develop sense of responsibility, self-confidence and fair play in adolescence, and provide a lifelong recreation.
The rhythmic movement of the horse facilitates muscular fortification and relaxation, improves balance & reflexes and blood circulation.
Galloping a horse can give a soothing feeling to riders of all ages and can be a valuable tool in the rehabilitation process, where appropriate. It is an experience where men, women and children can feel unmatched satisfaction, an experience that only these special animals can offer.
