Christmas is coming, and this season really needs to be a better one for everyone. We urge you to stand together, with the less fortunate, and #join the causes thought of by the wonderful people in our community. 

And what better gift can we give than to give life? Until December 16, at the Craiova Regional Blood Transfusion Center, from Monday to Friday, between 07:30 and 13:30, you can donate blood and you will receive surprises from the organizers, in addition to the fact that, of course, you will help people who are suffering in the hospital bed. For them, this gift of life means more than any material gift and we are sure they will appreciate your gesture! 

As part of the "Donate blood, be a hero!" campaign, you will also be able to register in the Registry of Voluntary Donors of Hematopoietic Stem Cells to help patients suffering from blood cancers, such as leukemias, lymphomas or myelomas. To facilitate the donation process, the organizers recommend making an appointment to donate through the Donorium application. You can find that easily in App Store or Google Play.

Another cause that we encourage you to support is that of the Dincolo de Azi Association, which organizes, on December 17, at the Royal Craiova Hotel, the second edition of the Christmas Charity Fair. The goal is to raise funds for children hospitalized in the Oncopediatrics and Neonatology departments of the Emergency County Clinical Hospital in Craiova. “Children and parents alike will be making Christmas decorations and preparing other festive surprises for you, and you, our guests, will be able to enjoy any of these for the benefit of the children we want to help. The event also includes a concert performed by collaborators and guests of the Association", the organizers said.
