#Children's Vacation. Autumn activities for the little ones
The kids have a short holiday this week, so there are plenty of activities for the little ones to get them out of the house and really enjoy their free time. Our friends from the Theater for Children and Youth "Colibri", from the Dolj County Sports Directorate, and those from Water Park Craiova have prepared many surprises, guaranteed to stimulate their creativity and help them develop. In addition, the Life is Better With Friends Association also organizes a charity workshop, aimed at supporting children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Witches, ogres and many other wonders for children
At the Theater for Children and Youth "Colibri", workshops will be organized that will take place daily, between 11:00-13:00 and 17:00-19:00, in the Studio Hall, the price for a workshop being 7 lei/ person. The duration of a workshop is 50 minutes.
At the same time, there will be performances during this holiday week, and the ticket price is 13 lei/ person. Tickets can be purchased from the Colibri Theater Agency, from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 and 13:00 and 16:00 and 19:00, and on Sundays, between 10:00 and 13:00.

Fii Hercules în mișcare!
Between October 24-29, the Dolj County Sports Directorate in collaboration with the Craiova Municipal Sports Club and with the support of the Craiova City Hall, the High School with Sports Program "Petrache Trișcu" and the Craiova School Sports Club, is carrying out the "HERCULES" Project, a program of the Ministry Sports aimed at attracting children to sports, which will offer free introductory courses in various sports disciplines to students aged 6 to 14.
Students will spend an unforgettable week actively, where fun will be combined with movement and discovering the secrets of several sports disciplines: athletics, basketball, gymnastics, judo, wrestling, swimming, amateur radio, fencing, chess, table tennis. It should be noted that these courses are free.

Swimming lessons, also in the fall
For the little ones who want to exercise, the Water Park Craiova organizes swimming lessons in the covered, indoor pools, so all the comfort is ensured! For registration details, go to the social media page of the largest swimming complex in Oltenia.
Pumpkin Fest for charity
Because it is always important to give, our friends from the Life is Better WIth Friends Association are organizing, on Halloween, the second edition of the Pumpkin Fest, which has a charitable purpose. The event will take place at the association's headquarters on October 29, and entry is based on a minimum donation of 50 lei. The association has 15 places available for children and adults (why not?!) with a minimum age of 10 years, and also provides pumpkins. If you can, come in disguise and do something good for children from disadvantaged backgrounds!
