Hanul Doctorului Park

It is located in the eastern part of the city, with access to the E576 road leading to Bucharest.
In the 1980s, the water catchment area of ​​the Valea Hanul Doctorului brook, having 2.4 sqKm and 800 m length, has been transformed into a beautiful park with pedestrian alleys, a hotel complex, swimming pool and camping.
The course of the brook was arranged in five small water accumulations, which became swimming pools, and downstream in three small accumulations behind some dikes in the ground.
The structure of the entire park, in the form of nicely landscaped steps through dams and water shades, sums up a wide variety of tree and shrubs species, harmonized in the diversified herbaceous carpet.
